This is a 2U chassis server cooling solution for Intel Xeon Nocona. Copper heatsink with EMI shield is designed for rackmount chassis' and tower servers with sufficient airflow. A Nocona ready motherboard tray is needed for direct attachment. Twin ball bearing fan ensures reliability and long life. Auto thermal RPM control is integral.
